1. Check the Connection:
- For Wired Devices:
- Make sure the mouse or keyboard is properly plugged into the computer.
- Try unplugging it and plugging it back in.
- If possible, try another USB port.
- For Wireless Devices:
- Make sure the device is turned on.
- Check if the batteries are working or need replacement.
- Ensure the USB receiver is properly connected.
2. Is the Computer Frozen?
- If your computer is not responding, try restarting it by holding down the power button for about 10 seconds until it turns off. Then turn it back on.
3. Is the Device Blocked by Dirt or Debris?
- Mouse: Check if there’s any dust or debris on the bottom sensor and clean it if necessary.
- Keyboard: Gently shake the keyboard to dislodge any dirt under the keys.
4. Try Restarting Your Computer:
- Sometimes, simply restarting your computer can resolve the issue. Hold the power button to shut it down, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
5. If It Still Doesn’t Work, Log a Ticket:
